An honest exploration into the current state of Black culture in American society with the goal of determining if this culture in it's modern form is supporting our "TRANSFORMATION" as a people or impeding it? The result is a forthright attempt to present a corrective set of actions to address the issues that are found and put us in line with our stated goals as a people.

Merry Christmas my friend ,I continue to try to understand your point of view. Many of your opinions rub folks who don't want change the wrong way, your comments on Snoop Doog is an example.
But I believe you are on to something and will continue to keep a open mind. I think most Black folks can't or won't see a conservative view point simply because they are afraid.Fear is the biggest monster holding me back from doing greater thing in this life.So while you continue to look for solutions I'll continue to rid my self of that fear.

Brother Mac:
As a 5 year resident of "Da 'Burgh" in the past - I appreciate your words.
If Blacks have a problem with "Conservatism" let us strip away this label and call it something else.
I call it "Human Resource Management Toward Directed Outcomes".
I fear DOING THE SAME THING IN THE FUTURE more than I do "conservatism". We can evaluate the next 30-45 years in Black America by noting the consciousness of your young people who are sitting in the seats of our public schools. I fear what I am seeing.
We have so many "demons" and sacred cows that must be exorcised or slayed.
Even upon seeing what they support enacted but the results fall far short of their expectations - some are not willing to change.
Instead of allowing them to be "consumers" of a particular consciousness they need to be made to develop a system that works.
